flying banner with text

Hi,
I need to develop an ad banner in flash in which an aeroplane is flying with a
banner with some text written on it. I need to give the banner a waving effect
in such a way that the text and the banner wave all together. Wondering how to
do that without using actionscript.

Easy - you could use text - break it apart and then animate each letter to
follow the same path as the plane, also you could draw the banner behind the
plane and then use the v tool to modify the design to fit round the text as it
was flying along if you know what I mean. each movement would have to be a
separate keyframe. time involved but it would work ok. :d)
