FMS video stream problem!!! please help.

hello,
i am trying to build an FMS2 videochat application,
the problem is that the videostream is very slow, and its behind the
audiostream.
If i test the same application on FCS it works fine, both audio and video.
please tell me if you had same problems, or how can i fix this (if there is a
solution).
