Default Fold Over ad

How do you create a "fold over" ad like this one?

http://www2.canoe.com/promo/exemple-creatifs/romeojuliette/dhtml.html

How big is the flash document? Is there action scripting that changes the size
of the document on roll over? I fell confident being able to make the folding
paper animation myself, I'm just not sure how to approach it because I have no
idea what sort of html page this flash file will be inserted into. If I created
the whole page in flash I'd have no problems. Is there some sort of
transparency coding happening in the above example?

You need a third party rich media vendor to accomplish that on another site.

Actually, you can do it yourself (don't get too excited yet)...but I don't know
exactly how. I inspected one recently, and it involves a combination of Flash
and JavaScript, with the JavaScript swapping out between two different still
images and two or three different Flash movies, as well as passing variables to
the Flash movies. Unfortunately, I have not yet had the chance to explore the
details more than that, and I would have to guess at any of the magic that's
going on inside the swf files themselves.
If, however, you don't want to muck through all of that JS (or aren't really
familiar with it in the first place), I found a site offering it for free:

Good luck.

Right, but not when you don't have control over the HTML page.

Yeah, jeroliver, the biggest thing that you need to know here is that this is a
Flash that doesn't function all on its own. Its magic occurs as part of a
joint effort with JavaScript (moreso than the usual script necessary to plug a
Flash into a webpage)...so, any page that you do want to run it on has
to agree to using the JavaScript.

Yes, you can do it yourself. you can view the source code, copy and modify it then place it to your website.
