I am researching an error I receive in XP Home.
Knowledgebase article - 315688, gives me the following
direction:

properties do not contain a Security tab, or you may find
that you cannot re-assign permissions to the affected
folders and files. You may receive the following error
message while you try to access these files:

D:\folder_name\ is not accessible

Access is denied
