Font display to screen
Hello,
I have just begun using Indesign CS. The fonts displayed to screen do not appear to be anti-aliasing correctly. They look jagged or difficult to read. When I print the page, there is no problem. Is there a setting to will change the crispness of the font displayed to screen. Thanks.

Re: Font display to screen
Edit > Preferences > Display Settings. You can set the Greeking and the Anti-aliasing.

Re: Font display to screen
Thanks. I tried that but it did not seem to help. At least when published it looks perfect. I wil just have to play with it.

Re: Font display to screen
Do you have a transparency effect applied to the text? There is a fellow roaming these forums that believes there is a bug with transparency effects on text. You might search for his thread if this is the case with your document. I forget his name.

Re: Font display to screen
How would I be able to tell? Is this a default, or something which can inadvertently set? Thanks.
