Re: Font issue with Acrobat 6
We are also getting the same error as the original poster:
"Could not find a font in the Resources dictionary - using Helvetica instead."
This error started occuring when my organization upgraded from Acrobat 5 to Acrobat 6. It seems to only occur when printing the document.
The problem document has 5 fonts, none of them are embedded. I have tried to use the TouchUp Text tool to change some of the fonts on the document, but the error persists. The document is rather large and I've already been through several stages of manual debugging, changing fonts and so forth.
Is there any way to get a more verbose error message or another way to diagnose this problem?
