Font problem in Illustrator, Photoshop, And Indesign

Hi, i use MAC OSX 10.2.8 Illustrator 10, Photoshop 7 and InDesign 2.
I have a font called EanBwrP72 (postscript) barcode font, that is working correct in my system like text editor and suitcase X1, but it doesn't show the font in the font list from the adobe software. Does anyone have a tip or hint? I don't get an error and the font is not damaged.

I don't have any experience with Bar Code fonts, but since no one else is helping, you could e-mail it to me if you wish. I'm still working in OS9.2.2 with AI10.03, but I could see if it works on my system to try and troubleshoot the problem.

Try placing it in Hime/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Fonts

If you run Classic in the background, try dropping a copy of the font in your Classic System Folder's Fonts folder. It will then be available to your OSX apps.

Also double-check that the font isn't merely being listed by a different name or in a different location in the font menu.

Adobe applications sometimes list fonts using different names than other applications. Look for the font by its PostScript or outline name. PostScript font names often begin with the developer name (for example, ITC, MT, ICG).

It's also possible that if the font is being read by the Adobe apps as a non-roman script the applications will list the font in a separate section at the bottom of the font menu.

L.Nichols has a very good point I often can't find a font and that is usually the reason, not always but usually.
