Font problems in GIF files
Hi,
I am a new to Adobe Illustrator. I am trying to get a GIF file for a
web page map overlay. The text looks perfect in ai, perfect in PDF,
but fuzzy in GIF.
I am creating the GIF with the 'save as webpage' option.
What is the best font to use? I've tried several fonts, and they all
look fine in AI, lousy in GIF.
What is the best way to create a GIF file that will preserve the font
crispiness? I am using Windows, though the file originally came from
a Mac. I tried rasterizing, but the fonts were still blurry when
posted on the web.
Any and all tips appreciated. Thank you in advance.
