font styles disabled

I have client who is using Contribute 3 to update content on a site built in
Cold Fusion. She pastes in text from Notepad and then applies font style, size
and color using the CSS options in the style pop-up menu. Yesterday, when she
tried to do this the CSS options were grayed out. Any idea why this would work
in the past, but stop working now? What can we do to re-enable the CSS options?

Well, first of all, you have to be an administrator to disable/re-enable the
CSS style drop down menu.

If you are the admin, click on:

Edit -> Administer Web sites -> { web site name } -> Users & Roles tab ->
Select user name/group -> Click Edit Role Settings -> Select Styles and Fonts
tab -> and make sure "Include CSS styles in the style menu" is checked. Click
"OK", and "Close"
