Font substitution when printing
I'm using InDesign 2.01 and having a little trouble printing certain fonts.
My document uses "Arial Black" and "Arial Narrow" fonts for headings and text respectively. When I print the document both these fonts are substituted with Courier. The printer settings are set to "not substitute font" on both fonts, all Arial fonts are installed on my PC, furthermore if I distill to PDF the fonts print fine.
I installed the demo of CS, but still no joy.
I'm using Win 2000, InDesign 2.01 and a Canon CLC3200 printer.
All assistance most appreciated.

Re: Font substitution when printing
And did you checked under Print settings (in InDesign) under Graphics, Fonts to see if you download all?
