font substitution when using PDFLPrintDoc() convert pdf to ps
I am using pdf library 8.1 now. In our application, we use PDFLPrintDoc() to convert a PDF to PS. We encountered a terriable problem currently. It is that the font Helvetica, which was added by our application when pringing, was substituated by ArialMT.
Anybody know how to prevent this happenning? I know it works in our old application which uses pdf library 7 to convert.
Any input will be appreciated.

Since you are a PDFL licensee - I would recommend that you file a formal support incident with Adobe or Datalogics.
