Font wont show up in FHMX 11.01

I'm having a problem with adding fonts to Freehand MX 11.01/11.02 on Mac OSX
10.3.3.

Some post script fonts activated in Suitcase X11- won't show up at all in
Freehand.
But to totally stump me, it activates perfectly in all other applications ,
even other Macromedia MX apps. (Flash,
Dreamweaver, Fireworks etc).

Anyone got any ideas on this? Macromedia seriously have some issues that need
addressing - especially font family grouping which is a huge let down in
productivity, stability and other flaky font support.

Is that while Freehand is running? I usually quit and reload Freehand to make sure activated fonts are found by the program.

FHMX 11.0.2 will filter from the font list a font that it sees as corrupt or
incomplete.

Do you have Font Doctor or another font utility that will check and repair
fonts?

It wont load the fonts, even on restart of the computer - when permanently
activated from Suitcase.
I've scanned the fonts from within suitcase (scan and repair thing). .. I'll
check out font doctor an see what happens...
