Footer at bottom of page - Macromedia Dreamweaver

I need reminded how to do this again. I want to put a footer at the bottom of a page so that aligns with the bottom of the browser. When I set up a page like http://www.wrensnestinn.com/New/index.htm the footer is half way up the page depending on what size resolution I have. How do I fix this? Thanx David...

The only way I know of is by using frames.

If I understand you correctly, you can use a small footer frame.

Get the "Layout Designer 2" extension from www.projectseven.com. It'll
allow you to place a layer at the bottom of the page.

David LD2 is not a stable way of keeping a footer at the bottom of the
browser window. Yes, it will stick to the bottom onLoad but if a user
zooms the text it will remain exactly where it is while the text in the
other layers on your page expand over the top, or underneath it.

The only reliable way to keep a footer at the bottom of the page is
either use frames (bad idea) or to go for some more advanced layer nesting.

An example can be found on the PVII under tutorial, QuickDrawMacFly.

True. I held my breath when suggesting the LD2, since I know it might
cause havoc if the designer don't know how to handle layers. And I
    certainly don't...
