Footnote numbering starting above 400
I have a huge document that has 1600 footnotes that I am setting in chapters as a book in IDCS2. Everything has been great until I wanted to start a new document with the footnotes continuing at for example 600. Indesign says that I can only put in from '1 and 400' in the footnote panel 'start at' numbering feature therefore limiting the document substantially.
Does anyone have an answer or workaround otherwise I will have to create one document, therefore rendering the book feature useless for large document creation where footnotes are concerned.
Regards
Rob
