Pawluk has made them and they're also available from his website
(www.pawluk.com), but he recently shuffled the site and I can't find
them now.

You can do it several ways with server-side scripting...

What server-side language does your host support?

You can do it with javascript for client side as well but it's a bit more involved..

I am using VBScript, although I would be interested in the Javascript client-side solution aswell.

Many thanks
