Forgot CF Admin password-what do I do?

I forgot my CF Admin password. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What version of CF are you running?

Coldfusion 5

Log onto the server and open REGEDIT
Find ? hkey_local_machine\software\allaire\coldfusion\cur rentversion\server ?
Set UseAdminPassword from 1 to . Now you can get into the CFadmin without a
password.

Coldfusion 6-7

Edit neo-security.xml with Notepad and search for ? admin.security.enabled ?
and set its Boolean value from ? true ? to ? false ?. ( all lowercase ). Save
the file and restart CF on the server. You should be able to log in now without
any password.

I have coldfusion MX7. Where is that file located? Do i just do a search for it?

Neo-security is location in the /lib folder under the install root.
