Hi,

I am designing a basic email form using Dreamweaver and the checks are successful.

Does Dreamweaver have any functionality to enable me to supply a simple element to send completed fields in a basic email format, similar to a Pearl script?

If you are using ASP or ColdFusion, WA Universal Email is is a commercially
available Dreamweaver extension that is fully-loaded with premium features.
It will let you easily take any form elements or values and include them in
the body of the email (plain text, HTML, and multi-part). You can also
easily specify any dynnamic values for any email parameters such as the TO,
CC, fields etc. This makes sending dynamic or personalized content a breeze.
