form question - PLEASE HELP :) - Macromedia Dynamic HTML

I am setting up an online application http://www.blindiris.com/application.htm, i want to add a drop down list that will list all the stores and based on what store the user selects will determine what email address it is sent to. Is this possible?...

Sure - it's easy to do with either a DW jump menu, or with server-side
scripting. The only problem with the jump menu is that it relies on
    javascript to function properly.
