Heres a nice tutorial that will walk you through the steps. It requires
that your server has a cgi-bin installed.

Is is as easy as in FP? No. You have to understand what happens and why in
    DW. 8(

Osgood's link to the tutorial will get you going quickly, however.

    Thanks-
    That is a good tutorial.
I searched the DW Exchange for the extension:
    (from the tutorial):
    ----------------------
If that is required, you could either go to the Dreamweaver exchange at www.macromedia.com and get the extension called "Set permissions"
    ----------------------
I can't find the extension- If anyone could point me there- I would appreciate it!
    Thanks,
    -Lu B.
