Form with "upload file" facility
Hi, I've created a form containing text fields and radio buttons and I've
successfully managed to submit it to update a database. But now I want to
include a file upload field to upload jpg and pdf files. How do I incorporate

You need to do two things:
1. Make your <FORM> tag <FORM ACTION="foo.cfm" ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data">
2. Code a <INPUT> tag to permit the user to brows his computer for a file:
<INPUT TYPE="file" NAME="filename">
