Forms Issue - please help
HI there,
I have created a form with the Acrobat Form tool, selecting the option to build from an existing PDF, now the client change a few words the verbiage, but I already spent a ton of time doing all the fields, is there a way I can update the PDF without losing all my fields?

Redo the text in a copy of the original PDF and then use the Replace Pages command under Documents to replace the old version of the page with a new one. This will keep the form fields and their associations intact.
