forum question: marked as "answer"?
how does something get marked as 'the answer'? who decides that? it's been my
experience that there is usually more than one way to do something, and some
different ways are better, some are not so good, and some are just about the
same.

Re: forum question: marked as "answer"?
I guess it depends on what the poster of the question was after - if they were
simply after a solution which allowed them to move on with a project then that
could be defined as an answer to them - as for my last post which I marked as
being answered - that was because I mistakenly pressed the 'this is the answer
button' ;) Doh!
