Default Frames in pixels!!!

Hi

Is it possible to define framesizes in pixels instead of in %?
Anyway they have defined the size of the frames at http://www.campuswave.com/ in percent right?
If not how is it made then?

Thanks for the links you listed below.
If you don't recomment me constructing my homepage by using frames, what will you then recomment me?
I've heard that it's quite wrong to put everything into tables, and that you should use CSS for the layout instead.... It seems very difficult for me to design the layout on my page by using CSS, so maybe the best will be to use frames...

Na:

Make flat pages and use whatever method you are comfortable with to make the
pages look the way you want.

While learning and using CSS to the best of your ability is a good and
desirable goal, it's not something that one is likely to achieve on the spur
of the moment. If tables suit you, please use them. By far, tables will
give you far fewer problems than frames.
