What are the best sites for free tutorials on Photoshop?

Don't know about the best, but I've always loved Trevor Morris' work and there are plenty of links at his site:

Then there's the Adobe Expert Center. You have to register, but it's free:

And of Course Russell Brown, who's done TONS of tutorials for Adobe.

just as a side note, for the bored or interested, the reason you need to re-register there is because if you note in the address it's adobe.com, while the forums are on the adobeforums.com domain. :)
