Anybody out there (Printer's) use a RipIt CTP plate system?
I have an issue with FreeHand files and the RipIt system.
When I send a FreeHand document to the RipIt, the fonts do not download, and
even though I have not used Times or any of the Times family the document is
not "Ripped."
The following error message appears, " Times not found, replaced by Courier."
The RipIt guys have no solution for this, I hope the MacroMedia guys have a
solution.
I am using FreeHand 10 on a Mac with OS 10.3.4
