Freehand 10 - Export

I am trying to export images as gif or jpg in Freehand. It seems, when I
export, the image gets cropped and some things are cropped out. I was
wondering on how to fix this.

Also, I want to make some .ico using either Flash or Freehand (prefer
freehand) but I do not seem to have that option. Does anyone know a way to
take a image made in freehand or flash and covert it to ico?

I always make a rectangle with a stroke that is the same color as
the background to encompass art that is exported to gif or jpeg.
you can group the art and center the rectangle for accuracy.

Also, click the Setup button when exporting for options of each
format (color palette for gif, compression for jpeg, etc.)
