If it is just a image it must be exported as jpg, gif, png or swf from
FreeHand.

If it is a complete page it can be exported as html but often it is faster
to re-create the page from scratch in Dreamweaver by copypasting text and
exporting parts of it as images if necessary. (The whole page can be used as
tracing image if exported as gif jpg or png)
