Hello , I need to make the form at this page....

capture the info then direct you to

ive been trying to read how to do this I guess its kinda common

the way it is set up is

[url]www.topsecretswebsite.com/cgi_bin/arp3/arp3-formcapture.pl[/url]


however that page does not yet exist since I dont know how to create it.

Is this form the best way or should I just change it all around to a simpler
method? is there a simpler method? or is this just really simple and im lacking
the knowhow? Im pretty clueless here.
