i think projector in this case is meant to be a .exe file not a test.swf like you mentioned. goto File, Publish Settings... and there under the Format tab you should see Window Projector (.exe). If I remember correctly FScommands run under .exe not the .swf formats. Anyway, select the Project format option and publish. goto your folder and run the new text.exe and the FScommand should work.

Thanks for the solution. I published .fla file as .exe file. Now it is working.
