I would like the web site addresses to be fully qualified, rather than
relative. Is there any way to force Contribute do do this, other than by
tricking it into thinking each directory is a different web site? That works,
but it is confusing for users (not surprisingly), and is a pain in the neck to
set up.

If there is no way, is there a way to submit such a request to Adobe? It would
be trivial to support this. Ah for the days when we could get the source code
for the software we used.
