I am not sure if he advertises his equipment sales via his web site, but you
can contact him via his "Contact Us" link... I won't post his email here due
    to the spam thing.

To make a payment to Hugo So he only accepts PayPal payments. If you
want to pay via credit card through PayPal you have to pay an extra 4%
of the total cost of the goods.

My question is. How do I add funds to my PayPal account so that I
could make a payment to Hugo without using a credit card?

As far as I see, only US residents can add funds to their PayPal
accounts through direct transfer from their bank accounts.
International PayPal users seem to be restricted to only being able to
use driect credit card payments. Which would normally be ok if it was
to an recipient that doesn't charge you extra for credit card
    payments.

It seems Hugo has two PayPal accounts. One is a regular account that
doesn't accept credit card payments and hence it does't attract any
fees. The other is a buisness account which he uses to accept credit
card payments and which attracts the extra fees which he passes onto
    the customer.

So again. Is there any way for an Austrailian PayPal user to add funds
to their PayPal account so that I could make a payment to a
non-business PayPal account? As far as I can see from reading the help
section etc on the PayPal site the only method of payment for non-US
residents is credit card, which whould limit you to making payments to
business accounts only... since they are the only accounts that can
    accept payments from credit cards.

    Ay ideas?

Please accept my appologies if there is in fact an easy way to add
funds to a PayPal account without using a credit card and I have just
    somehow missed it.
