    Default gaps inbetween images

i have created my web page in photoshop and i am linking everyhting together in
Dreamweaver... in dreamweaver, the entire page lines up correctly and shows no
problems... only when i look at the page through internet explorer, does the
page come apart. it looks like the images are being sepparated and the
background shows through. this problem does not seem to happen if i look at the
page in firfox...is there any way to fix this problem??

The answer is in your code, and may really have only little to do with the
    browser.

Since I can't see your code, well....

you might try nesting your images in tables that are nested inside the main
table. I've had that same problem before and it seems, at least to me, that the
display has some to do with it. At least in nested tables their locked.
