Camtasia Studio (Techsmith) has a download "SWFMPEFIXER" which fixes the .swf
file, but this is for content authors or if you've downloaded the full movie
    folder.

I'm a content author and I'm livid about the results of Adobe's most recent
FlashPlayer update, which has literally broken the sound on videos that are
played from CDs/DVDs and online. It literally has broken videos that have
played normally up until their Flash Player 9.0.115.0. update!

Why they don't make this a priority to fix (it's been over a month) I have no
    idea!

Hundreds if not thousands of content authors have been affected by this. Some
probably aren't even aware of it yet!
DVDs and CDs that have been sold using the html/flash mp3 compression will NO
LONGER work. They NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP!

A possible solution for you would be to use Adobe's Flash Player UNINSTALLER
and then reinstall an earlier FlashPlayer 8 version.

The onlslaught of the most recent update is truly like an alien invasion with
sound effects that annoy the listnener. It's ridiculous!
