general problem

hi,
i have a 3d shockwave project on the web, which on certain machines behaves
very weird. i mean that the shockwave loads correctly, but when the user
rolls over one of the polygons the dcr freezes and that machine goes on
'safe mode' - 640X480 pxls, 256 colours, and only a restart of the machine
will 'bring it back to life'. however, another dcr on my web works fine on
that machine.

What is your graphics card ? Is it a Matrox ? Mine do freeze sometimes and
not only with Shockwave.

the specific machine i know the problem reoccurs on (although i was told it
happens on several others) has ATI's RADEON IGP 345M graphic card.
