Any one know a place where I can get info for

I found that there is player for Flash which run FLV and media files can be
converted to FLV like on [url]www.youtube.com[/url].

Can some one tell me

that is there a software or a way to get Sceen shot or Image from FLV when
user is uploading any media file on the server?

Like youtube, When any one upload movie the youtube auto take acreen shot of
that movie and upload it on the server as an image?
