I have a graphic that is shaped like a rectangle and I want to curve the
edges so it doesn't look so blocky. What tool do I use?

Click on the RECTANGLE tool, and there will be a pop-up menu with the choice
of other vector shapes to use. Select ROUNDED RECTANGLE tool, and adjust
the amount of roundness of the corners down in the PROPERTY INSPECTOR.

And once you've created the rounded rectangle as Craig suggested, slide
the image on top of it, choose Edit Cut to cut the image to the
Clipboard, then click on the rounded rectangle to select it and choose
Edit > Paste Inside to paste the image inside the rounded rectangle.

Is the Fade Image choice an extension that must be installed? I have FW-MX and don't see that option under
