Default Getting a referenced memory dialog box

I've created an executable file using Director 8.5.1 and converted it to a screen saver using ScreenTime For Director 2.0.9c. I've been getting a complaint that P3 800's and above running Windows 2K with 192MB of RAM are getting this message:

The instruction at "0x77fc8f11" referenced memory at "0x9486f4f8". The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program.

Does anyone know what this is and how I might be able to avoid getting this error? It seems to run fine otherwise. Thanks in advance!!!

Default Re: Getting a referenced memory dialog box

Are you using an imported Font in your movie? Most likely it is a permissions problem with the player trying to write a file to an admin only folder/file.

try having the user login as an admin and see if the same error occurs.

The only way to get around this is to open permissions to whatever folder/file the app is trying to access.

Thanks for the response, Charles!! I had some trouble replying to you until now.

I haven't imported any fonts. Just using Arial text FontXtra.x32/TextXtra.x32 included in the projector.

Screensaver consists of pictures fading in and out with a looping SWF logo animation (in internal cast). FlashAsset.x32 included.

I haven't been able to duplicate the problem on my machines - this is a customer comment when they rolled the screen saver out last summer. I tried installing it on our W2K machines as an administrator, tested the screensaver logged in as a normal user with limited priviledges and it ran fine. The installer won't install if you don't have priviledges.
