Default Getting rid of file paths

I'm a new developer and I'm having a problem when I convert html files into PDFs. It ends up incorporating the file path from the original source on both the top and bottom of the new PDF. I've searched high & low and I can't figure out how to set a preference so this won't happen. I just want the html page with nothing else added.

Assuming you're printing from IE, go to File/Page Setup in IE, and get rid of everything in the "Header" and "Footer" fields.

Default Re: Getting rid of file paths

I tried that, but what's going on is that I'm trying to convert an html file that's on my computer, not on a remote server. So, it ends up picking up the local file path: file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Administrator/My%20Documents/Holistic%20Business%20Journal/Issues/2005_03/TMPdvncu21ngc.htm. Is there any way to omit local file paths when creating the PDF?
