Default getting server 2003 to see 6gigs of RAM

I just installed Windows server 2003 enterprise on a quad processing ibm
server with 6 gigs of RAM. The bios recognizes all the RAM but the OS only
sees 3.5 gigs. What do I need to do in the OS for it to see all of the RAM?

    TIA!!
