GIFs looking fuzzy...Need Help!

Hi, I am fairly new to Fireworks and could use some help with this issue I am having. When I export my files, that I have created in Fireworks, they end up looking fuzzy/pixelated. They look great as a PNG file. And I have saved them in many different ways, as GIFs, trying to get the quality up so they would not be fuzzy anymmore.

Well if someone could help, maybe give me some pointers, I would greatly appreciate it.

Yeah!!!

I figured out my issue. I was using a GIF image that someone else had designed. When I tried just designing it myself from scratch it looks fine.

P.S. I did try uploading the image so that you all could view it in the beginning, but IE said 'you cannot upload this file type'. (it was a GIF file, only 800 bytes)
