Your best bet it Visual Studio .NET, but if you're looking for something
free, try ASP.NET Web Matrix. You can find info on Matrix at [url]www.asp.net[/url].
If you need to create website layouts, just create the layout structure in
Dreamweaver MX (which has ASP.NET support, but isn't as good as something
like VS.NET), and add your ASP.NET code via VS.NET or Web Matrix
