I'm a long time DW user who has taken advantage of a lot of extensions over the
years. Recently I purchased an extension from XP-Internet

=97201540) and received such excellent technical support that I thought it was
worth mentioning here. XP-Internet attempted to email me the purchased
software, but for some reason the email was not getting to me (the problem
turned out to be on my end). They jumped through a lot of hoops to find an
alternate method of contacting me so we could make other arrangements. I'm sure
the time they spent on this issue far outweighed the $19 registration fee for
the software, yet they did it anyway. You don't see that kind of dedication to
customers anymore so I felt they deserved a shout out.
