Hi, Im working on a multimedia proyect, i need to use Video, that plays in a
low sistem, like pentium 2 or 3, 380Mhts and so on.
Any body can help me in what is the best format, compresion, frame rate, that
can i use?. the video is to play in windows, of course, from a director proyect

MPEG video seems to be the standard for older computers. I have a multimedia
project I am doing to play 20 video clips and MPEG works great on Win95,
266Mhz, 48MB RAM, 8x CD ROM. the MPEgs are at 320x240, 29.97fps, bit rate 1150.
