Guides
I'm using ID 2.02, I need to place some guides on a master page outside the specified page size and then have appear on all the pages relating to that master page, is there a way to do this? at the moment the guides do not show up on the appropriate pages I use.
Many thanks

Re: Guides
Yes you can! Put the guides on master where you want and then on the top right corner of pages palette select an arrow. The should be an option such "apply master to pages". Select pages, which you want to be applied!

Re: Guides
No, you can't. Guides on masters need to be on the page in order to
actually show up on live pages. The only reason to need them that I can
think of is for bleed purposes and IDCS has added bleed guides for that.
You can add the guides to all pages by copy and paste. If you have a lot
of pages, check the scripting forum or the Adobe Studio Exchange to see
if there's a script.

Re: Guides
Discover, your option didn't work but thanks anyway. Bob, yes you are right, the reason I need the master guides to appear is for bleed purposes. I'm hoping to upgrade soon so my problem could well be solved.
Thanks all for taking the time.
