No. Yes. Be aware that justified text on the web is not like justified
text in print, and is harder to read. In fact it can be flaky in some
browsers. In DW8 there is a full justify icon on the Property Inspector.
In earlier versions you could just use CSS to apply a style of text-align:
justify;.
