H-P 1220C Printer--Seek Parts/Service

We have a Hewlett-Packard 1220C 13x19 inkjet printer (with Press-Ready) we've been using for several years, which could now use some TLC. Problem is, it isn't being made anymore and H-P isn't offering service or parts. Their website offered to sell a "reconditioned" 1220C, but at a price higher than we paid when it was brand new. Not such a good deal, IMHO.

So the question is: Does anyone know of a reputable source other than H-P for service and/or parts on a 1220C? Needs new rollers and probably some internal cleaning that requires more abilities than I possess.

What area are you from? I know of a few local places for me, but if you're on the other side of the country (or the world), they won't do you much good. If we knew where you were from, you might get more of a response.

I use a local shop (Portland, OR, USA) that actually specializes in laser
printer repair. They handle my laser printer and all my deskjets at a
reasonable price. Look for companies that service business machines.

Sorry, I guess I should have specified where we are...which is the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Actually, our computer tech is in possession of the printer at the moment and he is in the Pittsburgh, PA area. So either locale would be relevant, though we aren't opposed to shipping it out of the area if they can do a good job at a reasonable cost.

There's a handful of the 1220c's on ebay at the moment. . . I've bought lots of printers on ebay..(sell too...)
