Have you tried looking for the answer yourself? Usually people that post are
jacked up on massive quantities of caffeine and have been pulling their hair
out for days over a problem and have used up all available resources and
have no choice but to ask someone else.(exaggerated to make a point) I may
be wrong but I'm guessing you have not gone through this step.

Some of your questions are MX 2004 related I assume you have the trial
version. If the people on here are like me I haven't even had the chance to
go over all the new features of MX 2004. So some of your questions will
probably not get answered. Do not worry I have supplied you with the light
what you do with it is up to you.
