As I was downloading a video, the message come on that my Flash Player needed
to be installed. I followed the directions (and have done so many times
since), but nothing has happened to put Flash Player on the computer. THEN
after trying to install Flash Player, I can no longer open my email account and
I have absolutely no sound on my computer either. I am reading my emails
through the website, but cannot open it the regular way on my computer.
Everytime I turn my computer on, it says that I need to install the Flash
Player, but it doesn't work! Now other things are messed up, too!
