Yes I have, and wow! Have they gone back 50 years!
I post from Time to time on the Macromedia Forums. (I Have studio8). And man is it Buxx Ugly! It's rough on anyone's eyes that wears glasses or contacts. I don't know what type it uses but the native font size is 8 or 9 pt.
Why didn't they use the system that they use now on Adobe forums on the Macromedia Forums.
As the Axiom goes "If its Fixed, Don't break it!!!"
The system we use on our own BulletinBoard Group for our Association looks, a Lot better than what's used on MacroMedia forums. And we use a system I believe its called P2P (uses PHP).
But Afdobe don't give a Rats Axx what the users want or think so its useless to complain.

Half the time I don't know who I am to begin with. ;-)
If they go with MacroMedias style bultiten board they are going to have a lot more complaints personally and less traffic on the Bulletin Boards.
