HELP! 30/04 becomes 3%4!
Hi all,
When I'm typing or copying text into my document (ID2), it automatically changes a date (european style) like 30/04 into 3%4! VERY annoying, and I can't figure out how to change these settings. Can't find it in the manual...
Anybody? It's quite urgent as the deadline is today :)

That's an Opentype feature in the character palette. I only have a german
version, so I can't tell you which is the right option in your localized
version, but the manual should help now you know where to search for.

Thanks a lot for your quick reply Jens, it was the 'Fractions' option!

The fractions option should only be used for character styles. Turning
it on in paragraph styles will result in this type of behavior.
IMO, there should be a warning message displayed when choosing it for
paragraphs.

Of course, it can also be applied manually as character formatting. But Robert's warning is correct.
